For our 8th birthday we wanted to release some real special bois and this lot alongside the carbonic macerated natural from the Konga co-op offered up the perfect celebration for 8 years of roasting up some of the most diverse specialty coffees in the country.
We've been purchasing from Konga for around seven years now, so the chance to feature these experimental expressions of their exceptional natural felt like a a no-brainer.
This lot brings massive dark choc and winey aroma that moves through peach beer, jelly babies and chocolate in the cup.
We're really enjoying it with a bit of rest on the roast, with great results after around 14-21 days rest.
